In Greece, according to the WHO and ADI, more than 200,000 people are living with dementia, while hundreds of thousands of families stand by their loved ones every day, providing care and support.
Science has advanced. Today, new diagnostic biomarkers can contribute to earlier and more accurate diagnosis, while new treatments can slow the progression of the disease in patients who are in the early stages.
